The 3.0.8 version of the style will be available when phpBB 3.0.8 is released

... can take very long. You need to (manually) update the style from 3.0.2 to 3.0.3, 3.0.3 to 3.0.4, etc. You can do this with the Code Changes available on this page: http://www.phpbb.com/downloads/

Are you sure your phpBB version is the latest; phpBB 3.0.7-PL1?
If not, update to the latest available phpBB version.
